Hey guys, im new to the forums and to weight lifting in general. im 18, 5'10 and about 125lbs ,i know i know. im sick of my weight, my arms are flimsy, so if you guys could, please point me in the right direction.

just a fast way to bulk up i mean its gotta be easy to see results when you first start, my arms are pathetic, so any kind of advice would be helpful, let me know if theres anything specific you want to know to help you help me.
