Adjusted diet

Im working @5am for the next week so I have spent the weekend adjusting my diet, Im still roughly 140lbs with 12% bodyfat, and looking to bulk up

Depending on the time I have

1/2 serving of ON's serious massw/ milk or 1 scoop of ON whey w/ milk mixed with 1 1/2 cups of oats

Either
1 chicken breast cut into strips, lettuce, cucumber, in a tortilla wrap
or
same filling between two slices of wholemeal bread.

Chicken breast/4oz minced beef in gravy/tomato sauce
1 large baked potato
mixed veg

Pre workout
1 scoop ON whey in water

Workout
Lucozade

Post workout
1 scoop ON Whey in water
two slices of white bread
2 tsp jam

4?
Chicken breast/lean minced beef
1 1/2 cups of rice
mixed veg

Before bed
1/2 serving serious mass w/ milk

3 ltrs of water per day
2 coffees with milk but no sugar
4 fish/2 flax oil caps a day
1 'time release' multi vitamin.
