Hey guys, I have been working out for a while now (am 6'0 170 lbs) but feel I am hitting a plateau since I am not making much if any gains. Right now I workout about 2-3 times per week for 1.5 hours each session. I do more of a total body workout but hit all of the main muscle groups for 3 sets of about 8-10 reps. Anyone care to give any advice for a new routine? My diet is as follows:

Breakfast:
-2 glasses milk
-cereal
-waffle
-eggs
-banana

Lunch:
-2 glasses milk
-chicken tenders/other chickens
-big turkey and cheese sandwich
-white rice
-banana/green beans

Dinner:
-2 glasses milk
-2 chicken breasts
-turkey and cheese sandwich
-peas and banana

Snack:
-One or Two Protein Bars

Thanks guys, any help or suggestions greatly appreciated

Cut training sessions to a 1 hour max, cut out at least half that milk, ditch the bars and add another couple meals with protein, add some healthy fats, change to brown rice, sprouted bread if your using white, add some more vegetables, drink plenty off water, get plenty of rest and maybe take a week off all together. Switching routine to something like push / pull / legs could also be a great benefit.

Excellent advise

Mista has you pretty well covered. That total body workout is what brought me here a few years ago. I thought I needed to start doing steroids to get around my issues. Instead I went to a routine like Mista posted and I'm 20 pounds heavier and waaaay stronger now.
