so far, the biggest mistake is that you have not listed your caloric intake.
What was your caloric intake prior to the diet and what are you lowering it to.
No matter what food you eat, if you fuck up calories in vs. calories out or if you lower your calories to much to fast, you will shoot yourself in the foot.

I think I would be lowering my calories too fast going straight to this, but I know for sure I have fewer calories with this new diet. I may add a 6th meal to get some more calories in. I just don't know the exact calorie amount, I know on my previous diet I took in about 2500-2800 calories this new diet taking a guesstimate is ~1900 calories. I'm thinking about adding about 200 calories worth of Cottage cheese as my 6th meal.

chart your regular diet for a week and write down the amount of calories you average. clearly you have no idea what you are doing with regard to lowering your caloric intake.

ok, I just looked at all the food I usually ate and the amount of calories I took in was 2200. But I will still make a chart for this week before I start cutting.

I dont see any EFAs or other fats. Also, cut that pasta and corn out on meal 4. Replace it with a green and call it a day for that meal. Replace meal 5 with casein (cottage cheese or casein protein powder) and a tbsp of peanut butter.

Thank you for the reply, I'll do that I meant to but EFA's in my diet, I just forgot. I also take Animak Pak that has EFA.

that's not really enough in the animal pak. Go get a big bottle of fish oil and take 4 caps a day, two with breakfast, two with dinner. You cant have enough of this stuff in your diet. Do a search on it and you'll be amazed. Oh and keep it in the refrigerator, it keeps the fish burps to a minimum.

I like to get all my EFA's from real foods: almonds and salmon are my favorites.
