please critique my diet

Meal 1: 7
usually 3 eggs with toast and cottage cheese
or oatmeal and cottage cheese
Vitamins: vit C and E, multi min, whole food vitamin, garlic, 3 grams glutamine
meal 2: 9:30
small vitamin shake like ensure or nutrament
or a protein bar like myoplex
meal 3 11:30
peanut butter sandwhich or tuna sandwhich on whole grain bread or chicken
with peanuts always with a fruit
meal 4 3:30
chicken and a piecce of fruit
meal 5: 5:30(right before boxing or w.o)
chicken or a Peanut butter sanwhich
meal 6: around 7:30 right after boxing pasta whole wheat with a vegetable multi min
right after workout PWO shake
Meal 7: only on lifting days multi min and pasta whole wheat with vegetable
meal 8: 10:30
cottage cheese and a fruit
3 grams Glutamine
i baught some protein shakes(muscle milk and myoplex) when should i drink one?

drink your protein shake after your workout.
