Place soy beans in water for 3-4 hours. Then drain and pat dry with a towel. Heat oven to 350. Spray cooking sheet with non stick spray (Pam) spread soy beans on the sheet in a single layer. Let cook for 35-45 mins. During that time every ten mins. or so stir the beans around. Time varies, but once they turn a golden brown and are crispy you'll kno they are done. You don't necessarily have to sprinkle with salt. Personally I like them without adding salt.

That sounds interesting !! Do they taste nutty like peanuts ?? And are they very high in carbs ?? Legumes have a moderate GI I think.
