both your vids are amazing man. keep it up. watching your video on leg presses makes me wish i could do them now !! ugh. working on my home gym and slowly but surely getting all the things i need. gyms here are too expensive plus cant really get there as easy with my crazy schedule these days. if i ever do get the chance to do leg presses though im glad i saw your vid. its in my head forever now.

your front squat video was awesomeee. not only did i realize i was kind of messing up on my grip a bit, but i also noticed i definitely could work on going down a bit further. this will all be extremely helpful come friday when i work legs and im glad you made such a good video on it.

anyways, love both your videos. nicely put together and you give great information and examples in such short time, gota love that man. keep it up and really looking forward to seeing more videos

Will put that on the list.

Does the width of your stance matter much when doing the Front Squat? Ive been doing the Front Squat for about a month, and worry that I may be using too wide of a stance. I'd say my stance is a little wider than shoulder width, with my toes a bit externally rotated.

Thanks

A "neutral" stance, which is normally shoulder width or just a tad wider than shoulder width is the standard/normal stance for most, but people have worked with it just as they do with back squats.

The front squat is a great lift and highly underused, I agree. People always seem to be intimidated by the looks of it. IMO they are safer than back squats.
