It also depends on what your workout regimen is currently. People who are cutting or just do a significant amount of cardio can get away with increased fat in their diet because the cardio will more readily use it as fuel. Roughly 20% - 25% of daily calories from fat.
On the opposite side, if your intention is to bulk you'll want to limit fat intake because you won't be doing as much cardio which means you won't burn as much fat. To prevent from packing on fat while bulking you should limit fat intake to 15% of your daily calories. -Dan |
