not too long ago i remember someone either making a thread, or posting in someone else's' thread with a site (i think they said it was their site they were in the process of making) that had a bunch of good food ideas. where people could come and post recipes for breakfast foods, lunch, dinner, pre and post work out, snacks, whatever. and i think it even listed the nutritional facts of the meal and there was also a way to generate a grocery list based on the meals you chose. anyways..anyone know of this site? i cant find it now
