Hello,
Say for a person who is bulking and his diet %'s are
26%Fat, 27%Protein and 47%Carbs
If i were to want to "clean up" my diet %'s which ones would i want to reduce and make higher?

if you wanted to "clean up" your diet and lose weight, the most important percentage to reduce is calories.
