if you are talking about liquid creatine as in a creatine serum, then is is a legitimate scam that has resulted in numerous class action suits.

creatine in liquid for converts to creatinine... which is bad. so syrum creatine is complete bullshit.

I've tried Creatine serum several times and its worked wonders for me with about 20% increase in strength and more endurance after less than 4 days of taking it. Its as good or better than the other powder creatine i've tried. It says you only have to take it on workout days. I dont know how serum works but it does.

Main Entry: placebo effect
Function: noun
: improvement in the condition of a patient that occurs in response to treatment but cannot be considered due to the specific treatment used

like i said creatinine is the breakdown product of creatine phosphate. it breaks down in liquid form. so its impossible for creatine to be effective in a syrum/liquid as far as i know.

it has been proven to be 100% ineffective.

like its already been said, it is a scam, completely uneffective, and converts to creatinine, it also isnt stable in water, and is a complete waste of money
