help me with a good work out schedule what areas to work out on certain days and any recommended supplements. i am 24 have worked out for 10 years the last five really hard cant semm to gain any weight i ve weighed 135 pounds since ive been 14 what can any one suggest.

Great help there guys...

Get over to the training forum and READ READ and RE-READ the stickies. Same for the nutrition forum. Once you're all set with the important stuff, then you can start to think about taking supps.

you need to eat more, plain and simple, count your macros.

if you're not gaining weight you need to eat more, particularly protein.
