my name is Tyrone im 6"3 211lbs umm not sure bout the %body fat not too high ummmmmmm been working for about 8 months.
I started coming to this forum to get some info on suppliments and to see which are most effective so I'll probably be asking lots and lots of questions since i dont know much about this yet so please be patient with me as i try to catch up with u guys knowledge wise with the suppliments info haha
