Bedtime shake... 1 scoop Chocolate casein, 1 scoop vanilla whey, 2tblsp heavy cream, 5 frozen strawbrries (buy fresh, freeze yourself), 1tsp PB, 3/4 pint water, blended until liquified and airy (makes 1½pts). MMm... C-r-a-z-y good!

I still say get carbs from real food. I used to eat Cytogainer, but was converted away from BS, nutrient-less maltodextrin.

Rolled oats and fruit will do ya much better
