Iam 59 and startin out again after a twenty four year layoff.Iam still in pretty good shape and fairly strong.....but i want to try and preserve and possibly gain sum strength if possible.
I just rejoined a club that is awsum with just about everything anyone would want to inflict pain with.....meaning weightroom(deelux) Nautilus,treadmills,stairclimbers,core rooms.....u name it.
Iam working three times a week ok,should i start with alot of reps with lighter weight? iam askin ok.
I would really appreciate sum guidance here and should i look to supplements at all??
