![]() There's an imbalance between my right and left leg that prevents me from going too heavy too fast, so my progression is extremely slow on squats. That and I've been on a cutting diet, maybe if I went on a bulk I would progress more, but I want to see definition before I kiss it goodbye. |

Don't worry. My brother squats about 95 lbs. I see women doing more than him all the time. It's hilarious.

Nah I don't worry about it. She actually wasn't squatting my max, but neither can I actually - the either the inner or outer part of my right leg is far weaker than my left, but I'm working on it.
According to 1RM calculators my theoretical 1RM is 213, but the last time I tried that weight my right leg buckled inward. Good thing I decided to have spotters. |

Don't ever squat when you have a serious muscle imbalance, IMO.
