I hurt my back about four months ago. It's getting back to the point where I think I'll be able to resume training in a month or two.
I currently have some creatine on hand, and am looking into a test-booster or an anti-estrogenic.
However, when I return to training, is it worth relying on muscle memory(obviously as well as training, diet, rest etc) to get me back to my size/strength, or load up on supps. to help me get there faster? I assume that if I use supps. to get me back to where I was, they'll not be as effective when I want to go even further.
Is there any truth in this, and is their a 'best' way to return to training using supps. or not?
Cheers.

I'd probably go with creatine myself and that would be about it. That's just me though.

I'd gradually introduce more supplements. Start with none.
