So i just started here at this forum and i have a quick question..
I love doing deadlifts alot but not the conventional type i like doing the Stiff-Legged Type, but the next day after doing those my traps feel sore.. Is that normal or am i doing something wrong?

I wouldn't worry about it. You use your traps while deadlifting after all.

yeah my traps are sore the day after 5 or so sets of deads

So deads do build up the traps?

holding the weight pulls down and the primary function of the trapezius is to pull upward. so naturally it will get worked.. and will be sore until your traps become stronger
