overall it is decent but I would substitute dips for the tri pulldowns if you want your arms to grow.
leg day, take out the hack squats and doing something like lunges or good mornings. on your pull day instead of lat pulldowns, just do pullups, and have maybe 2 row variants (i.e DB rows, supine rows, BB rows, T-bar rows) along with the shrugs and and only 1 curl. heavy rows will make your arms grow better than curls and remember to do your isolation exercises at the end. |
Why waste your time hitting just your bicep when you can hit it, your shoulders, your back and your core all at the same time instead?
