why is that a sad thing? One NFL game makes more money in ticket sales and mechandis than the entire BBing season combined. If the Broncos are putting that many people in the stands, don't you feel that the athletes should be compensated more for that? They are the ones out there playing the game and creating the fan interest. If BBing had more of a fan base and sold out larger venues, I am sure the bb'ers would be paid more money.

you're correct bodybuilding never was and never will be a mainstream sport, HOWEVER, there are many getting very rich at the expense of pro bodybuilders, i.e. magazines and supplement companies, so don't be fooled into thinking that the money is not there because it is!

I'll met Joe Weider himself is nowhere near the top of the financial mountain when it comes to money made from BB. The supplement powerhouses ran him over a long time ago in my "offbase" speculation.
