Protein Muffins

6x Eggs
200g Shredded Ham
1x Tomatoe
Mixed Herbs
1 Crushed Clove Garlic
500g Sausage Mince
Soy Milk
Lite tasty Cheese
Use any Lite Oil Spray,
1. Lightly spary the muffin tin
2. Combine Eggs, Milk, Shredded Ham and Garlic
3. Use a Tablespoon of Sausage mince in each individual muffin, forming a base.
4. Pour in combines mixture of Egg, Soy, Ham & garlic
5. Sprinkle Cheese and herbs ontop.
6. Cut the tomatoe sliced, 1 slice per Muffin forming a top.
7. Place in pre heated Oven @180deg for 25mins.
You can change the mixture around. Low in Carbs and High Protein.
