I love PB and would love to see how I can lower the fat and up the protein. Knowing Whole Foods lets you mix your own what should I go for in my blend? Anything I should add post?

natural peanut butter is just ground peanuts and nothing else really, except salt, so I dont see how you can lower the calories and fat. Unless you use some sort of filler, but i have no idea what would taste right. ground flax maybe?

The answer is simple. If you join an egg peanut butter you will increase the protein and reduce the calories. And if you want to reduce fat uses very well roasted peanuts and dried.

why not try to make some sort of peanut butter out of defatted peanut flour?
i have no idea how u would make that into a pb consistency (egg whites and xanthan gum?) but its an idea

Pb2 and liquid eggwhites?? Or pb2 ground flaxseed and liquid whites or an egg?? I do the liquid whites and pb2. All the time.
