i have to hit bi's every three days ? hmmmm im working out 7 muscle groups in 5 days but only ejecting 5 muscles (bi,tri,shoulder,chest,legs)...so its like like 5 on 2 off . im not keen on the lingo but ill try to explain what im filling my needle with...im using a slin needle , im filling it with the water at 20 and the igf at 22 (2 lines). i was told this is plenty to start off with , so please tell me more.. i am reserching costantly but i dont feel i know enuf ive already been on this igf for a week , my friend is kinda walking me thru it but he kinda talkts to me like i already know... (hes done igf like 8 times) ...
