It's KFC time

Today I cheated and ate 2 pieces of original recipe from KFC. This is what I did though, I removed the skin, and just eat the meat. Can someone tell me whether by doing this makes the meal more healthy as it get's less fattening, but the protein will still stay. Or am I just wasting my time removing the skin?

Removing the skin saves a lot of fat and calories. KFC chicken still is not the leanest chicken you can eat, but removing the skin does help. Of course, if you also ate KFC mashed potatoes, fries, or cole slaw, those are all very fatty and calorie-ridden.

I was thinking the same thing, wish KFC had that roasted chicken here, all we can get is the greasy original stuff. The gravy is my fav, yummmm.

Hey,
I heard somewhere that KFC is the worst fast food for people to eat. It's supposedly the most unhealthy.

I rarely eat fast food, but once in a while I'll get fast food (never KFC) if I want to sober up.

In terms of calories, taco bell, I believe, is the worst of them all (for a low price).

Hey everybody, I just want to say, that i am totally in to fitness now. And I've found that KFC has one of the best meals for fast food. If you get the Tender Roast Sandwich you are doing well. I have been getting the sauce with it, but I'm not going to do that anymore. But the sandwich itself i believe has about 8 grams of fat only. And you can get corn on the cob with that. i love that sandwich, but just like anything, too much is probably going to hurt you in the long run. So i try to stick to good lean chicken from the grocery store.

KFC isn't the worst, McDonald's is. They put rats in there food...LOL!! Sorry, I saw that a McD's customer had to go to the hospital to have his stomach pumped after he found a rat in his burger...Do you blame him??? I like KFC, you guys are making me hungry, but I think that Tender Roast sandwich(if I am thinking of the correct one, it's grilled?) has WAY too much pepper on it...I hate pepper!!!!! If it didn't have so much then it would be awesome.
