Originally posted by Dero Those things are good for when you are doing a high energy expendature activity(during the activity). I eat them will I'm on a long mountain bike trek along with lots of water,I have not found one yet that tastes good. Followed by a sport drink AND MORE WATER!!! This is not suppose to be a meal replacement!!! Like it has been previously pointed out, real food is much better. Butt EH,if you can get all that potassium,sodium,carbs...in one small bar already wrapped,it's easier then bringning bananas and getting them squiched, know what I mean?
