Do you guys know of any people who trains hard but smoke? I think its really destructive to a body, even if the person workouts often?

A smoker has a smaller penis as compared to a non smoker( even when both workout often...)

Are you trolling or what? There is no correlation to smokers and dick size. Also, why do you care what someone else does to their body? My father is 65 years old, smoked two packs a day his whole life and is in fantastic condition. He still works most people half his age under the table. Smoking kills some people, and barely bothers others, so your accusation that it destroys your body is not accurate.

I smoked about 50 cigs a day when I started bodybuilding. But I was so damn fat that I needed to do cardio, which was rope jumping. I couldn't even do 2 minutes then and my resting pulse was around 90. Just two days after I stopped in January 2007, my pulse got down to around 60 and I was able to jump 5 minutes at a good speed (140 turns per minute). That is where you can see that smoking is really cruel to the body, and I don't believe that someone smoking any quantity, even for a short time can be in fantastic condition. Perhaps let's say acceptable condition for the circumstances. And yes, the dick didn't grow - not a bit. So, smoking and dick size is pretty unrelated, don't you think?

Like I said dude. Cigarettes can kill some people, and barely effect other people. You are one of the people that it effected hard.

The worst kind of non-smokers are the ones that come up to you and cough. That's pretty fucking cruel isn't it? Do you go up to cripples and dance too?

Unfortunately, I really smoked that much. I still cough a lot - almost a year later. My teeth are in very bad condition, and that is because of smoking, I'm sure. I was talked into smoking when I was ten. And by the time I turned 18, I was smoking like that. Since the age of 20, I have tried to stop smoking. But you simply can't do it if you want to do it for others. This time, I either had to do it for myself or give up sports altogether.

KelJu,

My father is about the same age as yours and smokes about the same amount. Apparently, he's in good condition. But the doctors say that he's a wreck. So, what should I believe?

True, smoking affects the health of some people more than others. But smoking and not being affected at all in any way is like walking in the rain without getting wet - simply impossible. Just ask your Dad to stop smoking for one month. I bet he won't even try it because he knows he can't. So far to his not being affected ... If he does, he will see a big, big change after as little as 12 hours. But I doubt he can go that long without a coffin nail.

My father's Dr said he is one of the healthiest 65 year-olds he has ever seen. My father has no health problems other than a worn out knee from too much physical labor. You don't seem to want to grasp my point that everyone is not the same. My father also has lived on a diet of pork sausage and white bread with briskets varmint gravy, and fried dear meat. Every piece of advice on this board says the man should have died 20 years ago. He is also an alcoholic and has drank for 40 years. Again, the man should be dead, but he is a model of old age health.

I don't even pretend to understand why. I simply chalk it down to unusual genetics, and I leave it at that. Perhaps had he ate tofu and a vegi diet for 20 years he would be planted 6 feet under. I don't know. I do know that every person must figure out what their body needs and what they must avoid.

Exactly my point. My grandfather smokes and chews redman chewing tobacco, and has for over 60 years. The SOB is 91 and still lives life on his on terms. He is just one tough ass Jew!

Strange thing is that I smoked for over 20 years, smoked up to 2 packs a day and I would last longer on the court and outlast kids half my age.

I quit only because of my sons birth.
