My whole meal plan got screwed up today, I only had 3 meals so far and my protein intake is already 110grams(protein shake (15), cottage cheese (22), chicken (20), ham&cheese (15), eggs(15) and other foods (20). I still got 3 meals left to eat and since I'm on a cut it's pretty much mostly all protein too...it'll put me to almost at 170 by the end of the day...I weight 138lb. I try to avoid carbs in the evening, but since I ate so much protein, should I eat some oatmeal instead of my protein bar before going to the gym today...? Please help.

Stick your finger down your throat until you puke it up, then start from scratch.

Heh heh.

Seriously I would not worry about it. It's just one day, and it's not going to hurt you. Just get your ass back in gear tomorrow.

Um.....I weigh 120 and get up to 215 g protein a day....I think you'll be fine

If you work out steady, you should be at 207g/day at least!! So you still need more protein!

w8 what are your carbs and fats like? Should I take some extra flax oil today, just to kind of balance it all out?

SpecialK...I would ace that cottage cheese while cutting...

I usually do, but it's today, just started off all wrong...I couldn't prep my meals and had to eat out...cottage cheese was kind of the only thing around + my fat intake got totally screwed too...I'm only at 25grams..and my carbs are 30grams....I won't get home till 11pm...would it be smart to take like 2-3 Tbs of flax oil, just to make up for the "missing" fat...or would it be too late then??

1-2 should be enough...

Just continue w/ the rest of your meals.....whatever your protein needs are for each meal...and 10-15 g fat.

You may end up with some gas. Otherwise it will be fine.
