ok well its dec im still doing igf with small results so far, i lost all my fat ,kept all my muscle size though(that i got from cycle befor igf) ..i blame most of my lack of gains at my lack of eating (i lost my hunger with igf) ...( my muscles do feel fuller though , so mybe ill see somthing in a few months
