I considered buying these a couple years ago, but the fact that you stick your hand inside of them didn't sit well with me. I've never worked out with them, just played with them in the store. I just kept imagining a freak incident of somehow losing my grip on the 'bell and snapping my wrist.

I've tried them at a fitness store. They are very convenient to have. I personally like them. Expensive though.

Losing your grip on any dumbbell could result in a serious injury.

They are, but in actual fact they will be cheaper than the whole collection of db's. Plus the space saver. Are they worth it?
ow long does it take to switch from weight to weight? Is it alot of hassle? With regular dbs its as simple as putting down the weights and picking up the others. the price is not an issue. Im just wondering how good the performance value is |

I have them in my basement gym. They lasted for a while, until I dropped one of them and the handle/jump cord that secures the weight in place, broke.
They come with a warranty that I wasn't aware of, so they actually mailed me exactly what I needed. They really aren't bad, especially for a home gym. Just be careful. |
