As long as you aren't getting sloshed, the cons don't out weight the pros.
and as far as that statement goes, cals are cals, you are fine. |

But the best part is getting sloshed. Here's what I do. Get fairly sloshed, drink 2L of water when you get home, don't eat.
Next day, sleep late as hell, have a big healthy (lots of protien/carbs etc...)meal to satiate you. Don't each much for the rest of the day. You will not put on weight doing this, you may even lose some. Of course, this is in no way healthy, or condusive for a bodybuilding lifestyle, but once in a while, whats the harm. This is way you can get sloshed and have a great laugh, and not put on much weight. |
