Hey,
<FONT size="1">
I always wondered: What is pepper made of?

Is pepper a healthy additive to put on food?

I’m just talking about regular pepper, nothing fancy.

Thanks,

Pepper is simply ground peppercorns. It is a healthy additive to put in food...in moderation. Spicy foods boost your metabolism.

Ok if spicey foods speed up your metabolism. Does them temp of the water you drink make a difference. If you drink it a room temp, im guesing nothing. But if you drink it Ice cold would your metabolism burn more since te body is try to keep you at 98 degrees. And the ice cold water would make it go down hince the body working to heat it up!

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
