New to this forum, but not to the weight room…looking to get a yay or a nay from guys who have been in the weight room a long time already, and actually have tried different types of supplements. I’ve lifted for years, but without any supplements..I mean I do take the basics: whey protein, glutamine, creatine, dhea and tribulus, and of course stay on a solid diet. To cut to the chase, I’m thinking of trying a few different supplements in addition to what I’m using now. They are NOXPLODE, Nitrix, and Cell Mass, all from BSN. My question is this-if the nitric oxide and hyped up creatine products do indeed work in thee first place, are the gains they give you really worth all it costs to use them per month? Any solid answers to my question would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Supplements forum.
Creatine, Fish oil, Multivitamin, Whey = most bang for your buck supplements and the basic stack. The rest is not worth the money IMO (I'm just a student).
If you got money to spare, BCAA's and Casein come to mind.

To add to what WB so correctly said, dont focus on supplementation. If youre not seeing the results you want, training and nutrition are your downfall - not any special powders or tablets.
