HELP problem with arginine and enlarged prostate

Over the last couple months ive gotten my enlarged prostate under control.Last night before bed i took 3000 mg of an arginine/ornithine ethel ester combo.I will say ive had the most vivid dream ive had in a while which was nice but i woke up early in the morning having to urinate and mustve started and stopped again over 10 times which is VERY unusual.Could this 1 dose have reenlarged my prostate?Or is it increased blood flow in the prostate which caused it to expand or something?Will this go away with time?Or is there another good way of boosting NO levels without enlarging the prostate?Im also looking to release HGH while i sleep too so any alternatives there?Man i sure heard arginine is good for alot of things though...Should i try a different form maybe? much thx for all input
