I will say be careful with the fish oil and check your brand. The one I used months ago was of a lower quality and it caused my liver enzymes to spike at literally 10x their normal levels, although thankfully nothing bad came of it.

Did you get a recommendation on that? What was it you were using? What would you look for in a higher quality fish oil? Thanks!
