I dont see too many posts about Legal Gear's Methyl 1-D, so here's mine.
Short Bio - Started lifting 5 days a week about 3 years ago. Made huge gains using Skip Lecour's Max OT workout, which is still my main workout varying slightly from time to time.
Age = 31, 5'8", 158lbs in clothes, hardgainer.
Started taking 4 capsules a day 2 weeks ago, 2 at 10am, 2 at 10pm.
Negative sides = NONE
Positive sides = Strength, Size, Focus
Typical shoulder workout for me is
3 sets dumbell shoulder press. 2 sets barbell shoulder press, 2 sets shoulder raises - all done 4-6reps 6 being the goal and if i can do more - add weight.
dumbell press
set 1 = 70lbs x 6reps
set 2 = 70lbs x 6reps
set 3 = 75lbs x 4reps
Never could quite handle anything more than the 75lb'ers which I'm happy with but been there for a while.
Believe me, I've been working out HARD for a few years now. I'm addicted to it and go every day doing Skip Lecour's 5-day split.
Last week shoulder press went a little something like this.
set 1 = 75lbs x 6reps
set 2 = 75lbs x 6reps
set 3 = 80lbs x 5reps. 5th rep was assisted, but i'm so stoked to have finally hit the 80's and felt great, very heavy, but great!!!
This is no small feat!!! To have never lifted 80's after being at and around 70-75's for a year and to all the sudden rep 80's? The 1-D is working well for me.
Other supps I use are
Cytogainer
Omega 3-6-9
Saw Palmetto
Glutamine
Precision Engineered Creatine CEE AKG
The creatine is really good too, but after 2 weeks of 1-D my strength is really going through the roof and the shoulders was just an example. I also weighed out Friday at 162lbs before lunch and a light breakfast.
As i understand it, if your receptors have already been abused by heavier supplements like Superdrol, 1-D will have little to no effect on you.
