My first post here.
Over the last 9 months I have upped my training back to old levels, and managed to put some muscle back on. However, I am really struggling to shift fat and improve shape around my midsection. I dont want to starve myself, as I am desperate to gain or at least maintain muscle bulk. I am eating 5 meals per day, and mimimal junk. My cardio is 3-6 miles fast walking per day (for about 6 weeks now). Am I being impatient, or do I need to up my game elsewhere? |
