i am assuming the malto twice is a misprint?
here are my thoughts, first off glutamine is a waste unless you are a severe burn victim. malto is standard, but i would prefer a better source of carbs, yes it is technically a complex carb but it is still very high gi. pre bed looks good, although i would have trouble sleeping 15 minutes after that. honestly cottage cheese, and brocoli pre bed is great and cheap. post workout looks alright. could tweak the numbers but that is personal preference. i am assuming workout = pre workout? i wouldnt drink that during workout i would take it 20-30 minutes pre workout. good luck! |
