Eat more. There is no magic fix. 3000 is not that high, and you mentioned that 1000 was from a fast food meal. The calories from soft drinks and shit foods will do little to support growth.
How much weight are you looking to gain? What sort of time period do you expect this growth to occur in? Gaining 1-2lbs a week is about normal. How bout a home made shake with whey, oats, heavy cream, banannas, peanut butter? you can pack in a lot of cals in that. If money is tight, then things like rolled oats and brown rice are cheap as hell. |
