is test 400 a really good steroid for gains or should i take primo

I had great gains but lots of pain with t400. What kind of blend is it? I ran out of injection sites at one point due to the pain,lol. My bench went from 365 x 5 to 405 x 6-8. This was in my powerlifting days so i really focused on my bench at the time. The only thing i took that was better than t400 was insulin and tren. T400 hit me with in a week due to the test blend so be aware if your are going to take nolva or something don't wait.
