1) is it a good idea to work out on an empty stomach
2)is is possible to loose fat around your abdominal area while eating a lot because im working out hard 3) i usually eat big meal about 1.5-2 hours before bed.. any repercussions? |

Buddy u can eat a big meal before bed it wont do shit to ur fat loss goals aslong as ur cals in are less than cals out.
Do not do starved cardio unless ur keen on losing allot of muscle which is stupid since muscle is key to keeping ur metabolism up. |
