I'm starting a bulk on monday and I'm trying to figure out something:
I have multiplied my weight by 16 and I get 2672cal, do I need to account for calories burned throughout the day and add on some more to my diet?
BTW..I've already charted my calories for about a month now and my average was 2550.

Go a week with that amount, and then If you aren't gaining then up the cals by another 10% or so.
2700 something also sounds pretty damn low for a bulk.
How active are you, aside from training etc, these will all factor into your caloric requirements.

I am pretty active daily and before this bulk I was working out 5 times a week for ~an hour & ten minutes.
