I eat Organic <FONT COLOR="brown">Whole Wheat</FONT c> pancakes.

First, what does Organic mean?

============================

I need to know if this is a healthy food choice:

Ingredients<FONT size="2">
- Whole Wheat Flour
- Egg Whites (store bought)
- Skim Milk
- Maple Syrup (tiny bit)
</FONT s>
============================

Is there a such thing as Whole Grain Flour?
Is it better than Whole Wheat Flour?

I can’t seem to find it. Do you have to get this at a specific store?

============================

Thanks,
Foodio

Organic refers to methods of growing and processing foods that rely on the earth's natural resources. Pests and weeds are managed using earth-friendly means such as beneficial insects and mechanical controls. Organic farmers work to build natural nutrients in soil which help fertilize plants without reliance on synthetic fertilizers.

Yes there is such a thing as whole grain flour. You can purchase this online as well as in most health food stores.

I think whole grain anything is better than whole wheat.
Just my .02
