I am 36 years old and have been rail thin my entire life due to an off the charts metabolism and recently because of stomach problems. I am 6'0 and weigh about 130 (you don't need to a double take, you read that right). I have had a gym membership for the past 10 years and would go 2-3 times a week just to feel better about myself. For various reasons, I never took weight seriously. Partly because I thought I had so little to work with and a less than positive attitude.
I am considering highering a personal trainer here in San Diego. Any advice is appreciated.
