Haven't used, seen nor know haw they work nor whether they are effective but it looks like you can get them in the Chemist Shop where you saw them....

A vibrating condom......... did someone trip in the Chemisty lab where you're at? How would a condom vibrate? If their is any energy source I'm certainly not letting it touch my dick. All I need is a burnt hot dog and a pissed off woman when that condom goes wrong.

I've seen them at the local pharmacies...any larger named one should have them...I have never used them because theiry are expensive...I am not paying almost $10 so my dick can vibrate. If a girl needs that to cum then I am not interested...I don't mind putting in the work but that is crossing the line..... I would be concerned one of two things would go wrong...either a) the vibrations make your dick go numb and you cannot cum or even go limp, or b) it feels really good and you cum faster...I am not looking to do either.
