Every 5lb's is 80 servings of 25 grams of protein. Depends on how many servings per day.

I saw that Thanx Guys!! BTW Canada orders can go in a flat rate box USPS up to 10lbs ships for only $38.00 Its in a refill bag I have had no customs issues with USPS.
