I just wanted to introduce myself. I actually just found this form when I was looking for new supplements. It seems all the good stuff is illigal these days! I think this is a pretty useful place, seems there is quite a bit of knowledge around. Well I use to be in the military so I am no stranger to exercising, but I was medically discharged two years ago and kind of let myself go. Now I am getting back in the swing of things. Hopefully I will learn alot from more experienced people!!
