I should have chosen my words a lot carefully.
In my experience I gained aprox 10 pounds in those two weeks.
It took me alot longer to shed the newly aquired BF. You would need to aggressively diet and thus would defeat the purpose since your taking several steps back.
The body takes time to adapt and lose weight, nothing comes quick.
Please don't let this discourage from experimenting with this method, since each person may reap a different result.

I was ok for a change, however, I'm not sure how good it is on your body. It reminds me of yo-yo dieting. Eating alot of food and then eating very little. 2wks. of pigging out and then 2wks. of strict dieting.
