Just thought I'd join up as I've heard the name bandied about elsewhere.
I'm still a relative n00b to bodybuilding, but it's got to be one of the most addictive things ever. I started off in mid-2004 weighing over 230 pounds and 39.4% bodyfat, and I'm currently 154 and about 19%, so it's getting there slowly.
