hey i was just about to start using creatine and i was just wondering how often, when, and how much your supposed to use. also what other things to increase your weight gain from creatine.

yea im 16, about 115 lbs, and ive been lifting on and off for about a year, bout i havent done it in the last 5 months, but these last 2 weeks i started my old routine, lift hard every other day

its incredibly hard for me to gain weight, my intake is far greater than my output, yet i still dont gain weight, lots of my friends have gained weight really fast with creatine and have recommended me to it. its not only about muscle mass but also just weight in general, im already aware of how creatine works on the body as well as the risks. but im just looking for how often, when, and how much to use.
