and would my multi amino cover the BCAA , or does it have to be the BCAA on there own .
i remember theres 3 , but cant remember what they are now
AND why are they so or more important than other amino acids ..

cheers

Fish Oil number two on the list, ahead of whey? I would say that whey protein, as far as building muscle goes, is probably more important than both the multi-vitamin and the fish oil. Nonetheless, as far as overall health goes, having a good multi-vitamin and fish oil helps astronomically.

make sure your drink plenty of water. People generally fail to do that on creatine...if you dont it can be stressful on your kidneys. Its good for ya though....the average male does not get enough creatine these days. You have to eat raw meats to get good source of creatine since cooking it neutralizes the creatine making it ineffective. Thats why people lived longer 1000's of years ago because they ate things raw. Ya can't do that now as it is unhealthy this day and age. The average man should get at least 2 grams of creatine a day...this is through foods. Most of the time it doesn't happen though, so you are smart for supplementing. I encourage people to do it whether they are lifting or not. Of course, you would not go 5 to 10 grams if your not liftin. Either way 2 grams of supplementation for a dormant human is healthy. Good luck to ya.

Creatine help with recovery and proformance it good for short bursts which can be helpful in some sports and lifting when you want to bust out that last rep. It increases ATP which helps in proformance.

If you choose that route start with creatine mono as it is the cheapest and has many studies done over the years it is proven it is usually dosed 5 grams pre and post workout.

If you do a google search on creatine you will have more info than you will know what to do with good luck bro
